1. 📝 Eligibility

  • ✔ Refunds or returns are only available for damaged or incorrectly sent items.
  • 🛑 Handmade or customized items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
  • 📦 Please check stock and product details with Tina before placing an order.

2. 📞 How to Request a Refund or Return

  • 💬 Contact Tina via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • 📷 Provide your order number and photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect items.
  • ✅ Tina will review your request and provide instructions for return or replacement.

3. 💰 Refund / Store Credit Options

  • 💵 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • ⚠ If the return request is due to customer’s personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong choice), in principle we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, as a goodwill gesture, we may offer store credit toward future purchases, as a token of appreciation for your understanding.
  • ⏳ Refund processing: 1–3 business days for approval, 3–7 business days for payment provider processing.

4. 🚚 Return Shipping

  • 📦 For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
  • 💳 For returns due to customer personal reasons, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

5. 💳 Deposit & Payment Notes

  • 💰 Order deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your items.
  • ✅ Full payment is required for all valid orders.

6. ⚠ Special Notes

  • ⛔ Shipping delays, lost packages, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds or returns. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in communicating with the carrier.
  • 📄 However, if the shipping carrier confirms liability and provides compensation under their policy, we will fully cooperate with you to claim such compensation.
  • 📝 Ensure your TikTok name and shipping address are correct at checkout.
