Shopping Process & Terms
Deposit is non-refundable service deposit and it will be applied toward your order total.
It is used to confirm your order, reserve inventory, and cover sourcing, live showcasing, order consolidation, and order management services.
By placing a deposit order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms.
Select and claim your items during our live stream.
📋 Step 3 – Order Confirmation
After the live stream ends, we will calculate the remaining balance next day and issue an itemized invoice via PayPal. Order details may also be shared with you via WhatsApp for reference.
💵 Step 4 – Pay Balance
Settle the remaining payment before shipping.
Shipment will be arranged only after full payment is received.
If it is not completed within 7 days, the order will be considered incomplete, and the shopping basket will be closed automatically.
